In 2012 he graduated from European University with distinction (Master of Law) and entered the graduate school of Mariupol State University. In July 2015 successfully defended his thesis and obtained the degree of Ph.D. in Law (specialty 12.00.02 – Constitutional law, Municipal law). From 2009 to 2011 passed various distance learning courses and trainings organized by the Association of Cities of Ukraine and USAID. In 2010-2011 passed training in the Ukrainian Lawmaking School of Legislation Institute of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. In 2015, successfully passed the course “Teachers Certification of Distance Learning e-Tutor» (course developed by the University of Ankara with the support of the Center of innovative teaching methods of School of Management and Law of Zurich University of Applied Sciences in the framework of institutional partnership of Swiss National Science Foundation).

CEO and founder of “Law firm “VARTA PRAVA”, LLC. Head of permanent arbitration court. Member of the Task Team of reforms on decentralization, local government and regional policy at the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine.

Engaged in research activities in the field of Constitutional and Municipal Law (indirectly – International Law and European Law), is the author of more than thirty scientific papers, including: drafts of regulatory acts, manuals, guidelines, scientific practical commentaries to the legislation of Ukraine, reports at international conferences, articles in professional journals and others.
