The Head of the Academic Department, Associate Professor in the Department of Fundamental Studies.

She teaches Methodologies of Teaching at Higher Education Establishments and Insurance classes.

In 1975 she graduated from Kirovograd State Pedagogical Institute with a major in Ukrainian language and literature. In 1980 she graduated the same University with the degree of teacher of Russian language and literature. In 1988 she defended a PhD in Education and was awarded the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences. She was awarded the title of the Associate Professor in 1992. By 1997 she was in the process of writing her Doctoral Dissertation at the National M.P. Dragomanov Pedagogical University. During the period of 1995-1996 – she worked as a Dean of the Psychological and Pedagogical Department of the Institute of Regional Development. During the period of 1997-2010 Lyubov was holding a position of Director of the Association of Non-State owned Educational Institutions in Ukraine. Since 2010 she has been an Associate Professor in the Department of Fundamental Studies at WIUU.

She was awarded the diploma of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the sign of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine “Excellence in Education of Ukraine”, the medal “Sofia Rusova” of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. She has an appreciation of the Head of Kyiv City State Administration.

She is an individual member of the American Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs – ACBSP.
