He teaches Statistics and Econometrics courses.
In 2004 he graduated from the National M.P. Dragomanov Pedagogical University and gained the qualification of a teacher of Mathematics and Economics. During the period of 2004-2007, Roman was a post-graduate student at the same university and in 2012 he defended his Ph.D. in the “Theory of Probability and Mathematical Statistics”. He works at Department of High Mathematics at National M.P. Dragomanov Pedagogical University. His research interests are Theory of Probability, Theory of Numbers, Fractal Analysis, and Theory of Measure.
