1. Business English.

Business English - Business style of oral and written language: stylistic peculiarities, lexical units, language structures. Technology of writing the letters, official papers (contracts, agreements, protocols and so on). Language means for business communication, conducting of negotiations, telephone communication, oral reports, massages and so on. Special terminology in the business sphere, management, marketing, international relations, the use of international standards in the business language.

2. International Management.

International Management - Essence and methodological principles of international management. Strategy of international economic activity in Ukraine. Organization and management of international economic activity at the enterprise. Management of international economic activity in the conditions of crises situations. Strategies of penetrating the foreign markets. Peculiarities of studying foreign markets and assessments of their attraction. Management of international trade agreements of the enterprise. Price policy of companies joining the foreign markets. Organization and management of barter operations. Organization of international economic activity through intermediaries. Management of international services. Management of the transnational corporations activity.

3. International Marketing.

International Marketing - Studies theoretical and methodological principles of international marketing: essence, subject matter, methods, content and tasks of the discipline. Transnational corporations as the main participants of multinational international marketing. State and interstate regulation of marketing activity at the world markets. State legal regimes for foreign and Ukrainian subjects of economic activities. Differences of marketing macro and microenvironment in the world markets. Ways of entering the foreign markets. Planning of production and marketing in the international marketing activity. Peculiarities of price work, organization of goods movement and sale, promotion of goods, etc.

4. International Finance.

International Finance - An examination of financial concepts and tools of analysis as they apply to the management of domestic and international operations. This course is taught from the point of view of a firm engaged in international business.

5. International Credit, Payment and Currency Transactions.

International Credit, Payment and Currency Transactions - Provides an overview of evolution in the    development of international currency and financial as well as credit and payment relations. Formation and organization of the world currency market. Types of currency transactions. Organization of international bank credit and payment transactions. Currency payments in the system of international payments. Payments in the system of international trade. Risks in the international credit, payment and currency transactions and ways of their minimization.

6. Strategic Management.

Strategic Management - Essence and methods of strategic management. Analysis of external and internal environment of the organization. Types of organization strategies. Planning of choice of strategic position and formation of organization strategy. Putting the marketing strategy of the organization in accordance with the changes in the environment. Realization of strategy. Methods of managing the strategic tasks, strategic information. Management in the conditions of strategic changes.

7. International Investments.

International Investments - Studies norms determining the subject matter of legal regulation of international investment activity, its sources, principles, subjects of international investment activity, as well as possible objects of foreign investment. Norms determining rights and duties of the subjects of international investment activity, its state regulation, guarantees of subjects' rights of such an activity and security of investments. Legal regulation of priority spheres for foreign investment. Requirements to the investors who claim to obtaining the additional privileges and ways of the possible improvement of the legal regulation of the international investment.

8. E-Business.

E-Business - Emphasizes ways of adaptation of companies that do not use or do not fully use the potential of electronic business. Advantages of electronic business over the traditional one. Components of the electronic business. Electronic commerce and four lines of electronic commerce. Advantages of electronic commerce over traditional types of business activities. Forms of presence in the Internet. Place of decisions of electronic business. Technologies of electronic business.
